Final Processing and Quality ControlEach product undergoes handcrafted final processing and inspection at our domestic atelier in Japan.Although we conduct strict quality control, due to the handmade nature of our items, there may be slight variations in size, texture, and other attributes, even for products of the same size designation.We accept returns, exchanges, or repairs only for defective items upon arrival. Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt.If you receive a defective product, please contact us via email on the day of arrival and return the item within three days via COD (cash on delivery).Only unused and brand-new items are eligible for return or exchange. We are unable to accommodate any requests after one week from the date of delivery.Additionally, product design, pricing, materials, buttons, sizes, and other specifications may change without prior notice.
