Order Validity Period

Orders are valid for three days after placement. If payment is not received within three days, we will assume the order has been canceled and automatically void the purchase.

Defective Products

Please contact us immediately upon receiving the product. Returns are only accepted for defective items.

Delivery Time

Orders will be shipped within seven days after confirmation. (During busy seasons or holidays, additional time may be required.)

Payment Deadline

For bank transfers, payment must be made within three days after receiving the confirmation email.

Return Policy

Each item is carefully handcrafted in our domestic atelier.
Although strict quality control is conducted, every piece is unique and may have slight variations.

Returns, exchanges, and repairs are only accepted in cases of defects upon arrival.
Please check your item immediately upon arrival.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us via email on the day of arrival and return it within three days via COD.
Returns are only accepted for unused, brand-new items.
We cannot accommodate requests for returns after one week.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to customer preferences, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
For defective items, we will cover the shipping fees.

Refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD)

If a COD package is refused or not received, round-trip shipping fees and COD handling fees (which apply even if the package is not received) will be charged.
Future transactions will no longer be eligible for COD payments.
