The final process is carried out in our domestic atelier, where each item is inspected by hand in Japan. Although we carry out strict final inspections, there are individual differences in the products, so even if the same size is listed, there are no two items that are exactly the same. We will only accept returns, exchanges, or repairs if there is a defect upon arrival, so please be sure to check the product upon arrival. If the product is defective, please contact us by email on the day of arrival and return it cash on delivery within 3 days. We will only accept new, unused items.
